The MLS search I offer you here is fantastic.      
You receive every listing, more than on the internet. Why? Because some agents don't send their listings to the internet. I know, it doesn't make sense to me either, but it is reality. Also this search is truly by neigbhorhoods. The listings are geocoded, while most mls listings the listing agent just puts in an area. For example "the highlands, which is really in Seattle. This is true neighborhood search. These sites are all blogs. The mortgage blog is very informative. MortgagesUndressed.com by the way, these consumer sites are G rated.
